🎬 Visual: A news reporter stands outdoors at night in Cairo, Egypt, delivering a live broadcast as seen from the CNN logo and on-screen location and date labels. The scene remains consistent with the reporter positioned in front of illuminated city buildings, while the main change across the frames is the reporter’s hand moving upward, indicating gesturing during speech. This suggests an ongoing on-camera report with active presentation.
🎙️ Dialogue:

Well the talks were going on all day and into the small hours of the night, last details being negotiated according to Hamas and that was within the last hour or so that very close is how they described it and that was just as President Trump was describing it as being very close to the deal being done. Now we have the lines from President Trump saying this and as he calls it a historic deal, an unprecedented event has happened is how President Trump describes it. It's been done, he's describing it as the first phase, an agreement for the release of all the hostages, an agreement that allows for a ceasefire in Gaza and already we're being told that there are celebratory shots being fired in Gaza, a sense of relief there already. The President describing it as a first step to a durable and lasting peace but I think that's one of the stress points here that this is the first phase, this encompasses only a couple of the 20 points in the in the larger peace plan. There are things in the President Trump's 20-point peace plan like Hamas needing to disarm, that it won't have a political future in Gaza. We don't have details on those issues.
